From mid-2020, I will be taking on more coaching clients.
My coaching is aimed at any distance runner (Mile to Ultra distances) wanting to improve and develop their running in a sustainable and enjoyable way, with a focus upon longevity.
I believe the best kind of progression comes from enjoyment and consistency. As such, my methods are designed to gain maximum performance over a longer timescale whilst promoting wellbeing. This will be achieved by following a holistic plan, to develop you as an athlete from the inside out.

Coaching Packages :
1) Bronze (Available from remote locations): 4 week / 30 day running schedule + weekly support as required by text. Depending on your circumstances, training blocks will be 7 or 10 day (hence the 4 week or 30 day plan); £45
2) Silver : 4 week / 30 day running schedule + monthly one-to-one Coaching session (60-90 minute), inc. weekly support by text or voice call; £75
3) Gold (4 week / 30 day running schedule + one-to-one Coaching session (120 minute), inc. weekly support by voice or video call, and daily text support where possible; £95
NB: Silver and Gold packages also include general advice on all aspects of training and racing, including strength+conditioning, Relevant co-ordination, balance + mobility exercises, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology and wider lifestyle choices. These are all with a view to improving your capabilities from a holistic perspective.
Bespoke packages, increased face-face coaching sessions etc, may be available via mutual agreement.
