RUNNING COACHING

My coaching is aimed at any distance runner (Mile to Ultra distances) wanting to improve and develop their running in a sustainable and enjoyable way, with a focus upon longevity  and  overall  health  and  wellbeing.  


I  have  personal   experience  over  distances  from  mile  to  multiple  Ultras,  as  well  as  Hyrox  Fitness Racing  (podium  standard).


I believe  the  best  kind  of  progression  comes  from  enjoyment  and  consistency.  As  such,  my  methods  are  designed  to  gain  maximum  performance  over  a  longer  timescale  whilst  promoting  wellbeing.  This will be achieved by following a holistic plan, to develop you as an athlete from the inside out.  You  may  well  discover that  the  ‘HuntingThirty’  approach  has  a  profoundly  positive  effect   on  not  only  your  running,  but  also  your  outlook  and  life  as  a  whole.


NB :  If  your  sole  focus  is  physical  performance  no matter  the  cost  to your  body  and  mind,  then  my  Coaching  service  is  perhaps  not suited  to  your  needs.  

AVAILABILITY

Face to Face Coaching packages (Silver and Gold) available in the Cheshire and South Manchester areas. 

Remote (Bronze) coaching available worldwide.

Packages and pricing

Coaching Packages :


1) Bronze  (Available from remote locations): 4 week /  30  day  running  schedule + weekly support as  required  by  text.    Depending  on  your  circumstances,  training  blocks  will  be  7  or  10  day  (hence  the  4  week  or  30  day  plan);  £60


2) Silver :  4 week /  30  day  running  schedule  + monthly one-to-one Coaching session (60-90 minute), inc. weekly support by text  or  voice call;   £85


3) Gold (4 week /  30  day  running  schedule + one-to-one Coaching session (120 minute), inc. weekly support by  voice or video call, and daily text support where possible;    £110


NB:  Silver  and  Gold  packages also  include  general  advice  on  all  aspects  of  training  and  racing,  including  strength+conditioning,  Relevant  co-ordination,  balance  +  mobility  exercises,  biomechanics,  nutrition,  psychology  and  wider  lifestyle  choices.  These  are  all  with  a  view  to  improving your  capabilities  from  a  holistic  perspective.   


Bespoke packages, increased face-face coaching sessions etc, may be available via mutual agreement.
